Is there an ini tweak i could use to adjust the cell respawn timer? Every few game days, not even a week's worth, i'm clearing the same areas as i travel to various points on the map. I've cleared the Super Duper Mart twice now.

I have over 80 quantum nuka colas because they just respawn their as common as finding jet in the wastelands now. Nothing special about them anymore which I think is a real bad thing. They should stop the quantums from repopulating it takes away from their rare value we praised them for, and there should NEVER be 2 of them next to each other like in some places.

I agree the rare stuff & things like specific area keys & such should only spawn once in a given area
