I have a quest marker on my map, it's the quest from the chem guy in diamond city that asks you to get stuff for him, I cannot find it so I gave up for now. But there is a marker on the map but it's not in my data log so I can't remove it, is there anyway I could possibly remove it I'm tired of accidentally following that quest when I'm trying to go to a different one.

In your data log, scroll all the way down. There you will see misc. quests. Hovering over it, it will open a sidepanel. Click the quest to remove active status.
