After spending the last point for "Big Leauges" Perk the game makes an annoying immersion breaking sound whenever you decapitate someone. On top of it you get a huge pib boy onscreen for a few seconds.

Is there a way to deactivate that or can someone mod it out of the game?

You will probably have to wait for a mod, it happens when the Idiot Savant perk procs as well.

There are some things in the game where I have to ask myself "What where they thinking?".

I can not imagine that anyone would think that this is a good idea. When you're a melee fighter you get this nearly permanent.
