i started playing about 20 min ago, just got out from the vault and looted some stuff, then 2-3 min later everything was gone, looted some stuff again...same thing, so im running around naked atm.
tried create another character ..same thing there..

contacted costumer support, and got an response directing me to" frequently asked questions" , thing is , if this was one of the "frequently asked questions" i probably wouldn't need to contact support.

haven't seen anyone with similar problem , any ideas what it could be?
