So, do Legendary Enemies spawn in random locations or are they always waiting in the same location.

When you kill a Legendary enemy is the legendary Weapon/Gear reward random or it it the same weapon reward every time you play through.

That's what i waned to hear.

There are some Legendary enemies that aren't random. So every playthrough will have you encounter the same Legendary enemy in the same area.

I play survival. In run into a legendary enemy literally at every large location almost... Sometimes 2 or 3

I once encountered a Legendary ghoul and I got killed and then when I reloaded it wasn't legendary anymore

This happened to me with a legendary death claw. He one shot me I reloaded and he was a regular death claw.
