I purchased and received the Fallout 4 Pip boy pc from Best Buy and are missing five items from the unit. Since they are all out and unable to have return and ship new unit would you let me know where to go and obtain the following items. From 'Fallout 4 Pip-Boy operational instructions'

page 13 I am missing #17, A, #18 B, #19 C, #20 D and #21 E. I only received #22 matte frame F and #23 matte frame G.

As it stands I cannot secure my phone inside the pip boy without it moving loosely. Everything was received ok. I have tried about 4 times to use customer support on the web site and only get generic replies that don't answer or respond to my questions. Calling the phone number listed for the company on the web site only let me hear a voice mail referring back to the web site. I have documentation from Best Buy to confirm the item received. I just need to verify and understand how to receive these missing five foam inserts for use with a cell phone.

Any reply would be better than auto reply and no response. Frustrated Fallout 4
