Has anyone seen their character get bruises and things from combat? My character looks bruised, and his skin is raised a bit above his beard... is this normal?

I've never noticed it before, could it be a part of your complexion you didn't see before?

I thought it was bruises, but now his entire bottom lip is gone and half of his beard is missing! Wtf?
