NPC interaction really need some fix

Problem:

* sometime more than once, when I initialize conversation they are moving. and then the conversation dropped because he moved out of range. I mean why the hell you are moving if i am talking to you.

* going into chat doesn't always in chat conversation mode. if i use mouse click to skip current line of conversation sometime I end up shoot them instead (this is my 4th characters... so there are plenty of conversation i have read already)

* sometime if i try to talk to a NPC from side/back they will turn around and that turn around seem to move out of where is my character pointing at and then the conversation ended and they turn back. i managed to do this as a loop for 5 times straight until i have to walk around to another angle which is completely stupid

they should revert back to skyrim mode that once conversation start then go into chat interface then everything should be solved

this is hilarious,

but you're right, it's very annoying when you are talking and the character walks away

maybe this gets fixed with the next update

Also if you use arrow keys as many of us do, then as you approach the NPC the game detects both your movement AND a dialogue choice so you end up inadvertently saying something to them that you might not want to. This problem with the arrow keys is many fold. It also causes me to constantly pick items in build mode when I'm trying to just move around. Third party programs (one of which I use) to rebind keys doesn't help in these instance because the game is still detecting two things: movement and arrow key contextual choices.
