I placed my first store, but I can't see a way to move it, scrap it, or store it. Helps?

Try assigning the settler that's running it to some crops and then see if you can move it.

You can't move a store when a person is actually at it, instead it will just target the person. In this case, move the person. Select them, then go around somewhere else and click E. It will force them to move away from the station, letting you then interact with the station normally. Alternatively, you can just assign the person to another task or wait until they leave the station for bar/sleep.
