So I have a issue. I want to send one of my companions (Nick) back to his detective agency and I don't need him anymore. However, when I dismissed him, I was only able to send him to one of my settlements. So, do any of you know if you're able to send a companion back to their original home?

I read that you can actually hit the cancel action/back button (think it's B on X1) when it brings up the settlements options and it will send them back to their default location. However, I cannot confirm whether or not this is true.

I can confirm that this is how it works.
