What would like to see guys in DLC?

Post » Mon Nov 30, 2015 1:20 am

This game got so much potential in any way.

Personally, more settlements options would be the first thing I would love to see.

What about you guys?

I voted for more new zones with more new armor, items, NPC's, quests, and weapons.

So a expansion pack, not a DLC :).

Rhode Island for a expansion pack would be nice I guess.

Dungeons and Raids? No way! This isn't an MMO! I don't raid in the current MMO I'm playing, because it's not fun, it's more like work! LOL

Settlements need some love and attention for sure. I also think that the later DLCs should introduce new areas, since there is no level cap, I'm sure that after a while we will run out of places to explore, things to do. :)

Very disappointed they showed the combat zone in the trailers and then it wound up being a jack [censored] raider den.

I was thinking more about single player dungeons. Hiding behind pillars to avoid powerful attack, don't standing in fireTM etc, something for single player guy but still challenging.

I want them to do something like what they did with "The Shivering Isles" for Oblivion. A big new area/map with a new story and side quests.

And for the love of god don't make something that is anything like Operation: Anchorage or Mothership Zeta. I would love to see some alien dlc though, but Mothership Zeta svcked (what could have been the greatest and most interesting piece of dlc for fallout 3 ended up beeing 100% linear and craptacular)

Being that this is the first Fallout game to let you play after you finish the main quest line, I'd love to see some DLC targeted at that and the decisions you've made to get there.

I wish there was something like a cage fighting arena, mainly because the unarmed is so much better IMO.

raid and dungeons feels like a MMO i really dont like that point. =P

All the other i agree with.

And the last no, i mean im glad Bethesda listen to the forums and the reviews and all that but hell no the community is just a small % of the ppl that actually play the game. Plus Bethesda own really good Game designers so i want they to surprise me like in the pasts

I saw someone mention the idea of raids, which I personally don't agree with. But I think it would be interesting to be able

to have certain high difficulty missions which required you to select two or three of the companions in your pool of AI friends,

equip them with weapons, power armor, or whatever in order to tackle the objective. Cool variables would be having to form

a compatible team, as if you have allies from different factions, they might not enjoy each others company so much! This

would however require a good upgrade to the companion pathing system so they don't completely block a doorway at

a critical moment!! :gun: :ahhh:

I think bethesda should add sentry bots, protectrons, assualtrons, and mister gutsys to settlements. They should be powered by fusion cores and should be able to be hacked to follow and have their own variants.

Return of the Enclave and as a joinable faction as well. Also some additions to base building mode, I would like to be able to build an Enclave type base like Adams Air Force base.

Said this in another thread, but I think its such a good idea I'd post it here as well.
There has been some gripe about the inability to play poorly, at best your a sarcastic anti hero. This is an idea for a sort of "Opposing Factions" DLC. The player would come across two new encounters, the last remaining members of a raider group or enclave patrol from a super mutants attack. (Even better than the enclave would be a new totalitarian Imperial faction out of 'Ronto'.

After saving them the player is asked to help clear out an area of super mutants which then opens up a new basic settlement.

A few more missions involving clearing out local opposition, finding supplies and lost equipment introduces the players to new weapons, gear, and faction specific armor and clothing, along with a new companion (female imperial sergeant or make raider).

Player is asked either to lead the new raider band or take a promotion to Colonel and head up the imperial detachment in the commonwealth. If refused they turn hostile. If accepted essential tags are removed from NPCs like Preston and Paladin Dance and all other factions turn hostile to the player.

DLC should include new building structures, reworked settlement UI, new settlement jobs like the ability to form raising parties or patrols and send them out to attack other settlements. The ability to make gunpowder from fertilizer and ammonia at the chemistry station and bullets at the weapons crafting station while requiring NPCs to actually use their ammunition and can run out (at least for player NPCs).

I'd feel that would be worth the seasons pass alone.
