If not, what should I change? And is there any better or equal configuration with similar price?

Nope, it's too fast, other people with 980ti had problem with it.

The PC in my sig is running it at High (with godrays turned down & some view distances increased). Yes, there's some slowdown in the busiest parts of Boston, but that seems to happen to much better systems, too.

One thing I will say is that the 1200W power supply is massive overkill, unless you're going to be sticking a lot more gear into that computer. 700 would be plenty, as long as it's a good brand and 80+bronze or better.

..also, no idea how that page is claiming $14 for the price. Huh. The $36 980ti is also crazy..... and the ebay link goes to an old 8400 card, not a 980. I'd ignore those prices & links if I were you.

So what components should i choose to get a bit better then the minimum?
