So, just recently Fallout has broken itself. When in-game i cant "look" around. I can do everything i can usually do, just not "look". My mouse just seems to be stuck in the center of the screen. I have tried verifying game cache, that didn't work. I tried reinstalling the game, that didn't work either. So now i'm stuck in a position where i have tried everything, and still cannot play the game i spent $80 on.

Any help would be AMAZING!
