Just like the title says what is your favorite settlement location so far?

I really like the starlight drive in theater. I have seen a lot of people complain about the very radioactive crater in the middle of the parking lot but it can actually be cleared up by going into the workshop mode and removing the broken barrels that are in the water. After you do that you have a huge semi flat area to build on. I have thrown down a good foundation and my epic base is coming along nicely so far.

Abernathy Farm. Doesn't need much setup and the central tower is very defensible.
