first character beggining +8 intelligence night person perk : Fallout 4

i was wondering i just started the game and added 8 to intelligence and was wondering if later on if i can change perks and weather or not i should choose night person for the =2 in inte3lligence early on as well as having 8intelligence to start

Can't change perks so far as I know but you're not gonna be forever screwed if you choose one thats not entirely to your liking early on. You will eventually be able to get them all and you can always start again

ok well to level faster is it good to get the night perk or is it a waste? are you saying i will get all the perks night perk as well as the others come end game?

Bad thing about the night perk.. is it's only at night. At the lower levels I avoided traveling at night when I could.

To get all perks you need to be level 270 or so. Soft cap is 50-60.
