I'm having an issue with the back door into Kendall Hospital. I can open the door fine but the two latches do not activate. i've used a fatman in an attempt to open the latches but to no avail. I've used console commands to lock the door in an attempt to unlock the latches from both sides also to no avail.

Is there a way to reset the door so I can activate the latches? I'm on the pc. I can fast travel out of the area but I want to fix this because it's stupid looking and I don't want it in my game.
