Hi all,

I have Old Faithfull, so it does double damage on first hit.

Is there anyway I can transfer that (mod?) To my sniper rifle?

When you get these legendary weapons that do something special like that, I'm not sure what the correct terminology for it is? If it's a perk or a mod? But if I could give it's ability to my sniper rifle instead, it would be a lot more useful! If possible?

Console or PC?

I think the game treats legendary weapon and armour effects as mods, but if you're on console there's no way to apply them yourself. If you're on PC you can do it via console commands - look it up on the wiki for details.
