I wouldn't know, I'm from London in the UK. If they ever set a game in Post-Great-War London then I expect to hear a few Scouse (Liverpool), Mancunian (Manchester), Brummie (Birmingham) accents in the game.

I guess in 2077 onwards American cities are as diverse as it is here.

I run across generic NPCs with the accent all the time....named NPCs, not so much. Moe in Diamond City is about the only one I've noticed that sounds like he's from Boston.

There are quite a few NPCs with the accent. Abernathy farm is one place I can think of off the top of my head.
