So i ran into the Hubris comic shop completely at random while exploring, it looked fun.

I went in and cleaned the place out, got everything. Most notably i picked up a Silver Shroud outfit, hat, and submachine gun. The latter is a misc item and weightless, but the first two have weight. and they're marked as quest items so they're stuck in my inventory, ugh

A quick bit of googling showed me that it's for a quest with the same name

It says that to start the mission, i have to listen to silver shroud radio. So I did that, left it on for half an hour while doing stuff. I didn't see any quest prompts come up.

I also tried visiting the Memory Den in goodneighbor. All i could find there was a woman who wouldn't give me the time of day, and a guy in some kind of pod who was completely uninteractible

How do i get this quest started? And ideally, finished asap. I just want to get this damned thing out of my inventory ;-;

If you go to that place where the woman wont give you the time of day. On right before you get to her is a door. Go through that and you should be in a room with a pod, and a ghoul sat on a chair at the end of the room. Talk to him he is the guy who wants you to do the quest. If you have listened to the silver shroud radio broadcast like you said. It should show up in your quest log. If not it could be bugged and may not trigger when talking to the ghoul.
