Yes it is. A word of warning though, it can currently be scrapped. Making it the only unique item I have found that you can do that to. Got 2 steel from it I believe.

Thanks for the heads up, scrapping it really does seem like a shame. It looks....authentic.

Great weapon, good damage and fast swing time (or medium). Enjoying it alot on my melee character now.
