Hi probably a really dumb question but, apparently you can connect a settlement so it shares recourse? and I want my Sanctuary recourse's to be shared with Castle, thanks!

There's a charisma perk you need (local leader maybe?). Then the "supply line" option appears when you highlight settlers in build mode.

well you do need a charisma level 6 perk if you want to share everything however i don't plan on raising my charisma past 3 and i have a few settlements, i just do each settlement seperatley as far as supplies, i just try to balance it out and once you have the basics there's no real need to share supplies by using that perk, you can just manualy take the supplies to the other settlments
