settlements are broken - in multiple ways im tired of writing here just want it fixed...

its part of the game no doubt

so why what you build doesnt appear when you leave settlemnets 15 beds to 0 (and other stuff like turrets and water food) when you leave the settlements for a while go back 15 beds all .... it ruins the happiness to the point youll lose control of the settlement.... fix this (i wanna swear) grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr - so broken
