how do we allie with gunner faction? I keep dying when they shoot me.

I don`t think you can. They`re like the Merc Thugs in FO4 - remind me a bit of the Talon Company from FO3.

The Assaultrons they have can be some nasty droids...I died a lot to them until getting the electrified chinese sword, now I just make them into mechanical sushi.

hmmm well I would like to allie with the gunner faction, maybe there is a secret quest to do that?

A mod, I guess?

As far as I'm aware, there is no secret quest or guide to being allies with the Gunners, but in the future there very well may be, through DLC or community mods.
