accidentally killed a BOS member now they won't stop killing : Fallout 4

anyone know how to stop them killing me? i accidentally killed one of them and now overtime they kill me i respond there and they do it again, even my latest save is onboard the ship so i can't get away

Uhm... In fallout 3 and 4 there were console commands to change reputation with factions, but I don't know what the command is in fo4 and what the id for bos is. Possibly someone else knows?

/Sometimes/, though rarely, if you just sheathe your weapon, they'll stop attacking like guards would do in the ES games.
