I was repairing my power armor plates when Starlight Drive-In was attacked.

Two of the Settlers got into the spare power armor suits nearby and when I got them out, inexplicably, the suits had fusion cores in them.

For convenience, there is a safe next to the power armor station where I store all my fusion cores when not using them.

After seeing that the Settlers had managed to power up the armor by themselves, it got me wondering if they can remove the fusion cores from the safe.

Can they actually take items from storage containers?

If they can, I will have to find a way to lock that safe........

They need at least one core to run the suit but it doednt drain the cell at all.

Why don't you just keep them in your inventory?
