Console command for pipe bolt action suppresor

Post » Tue Dec 01, 2015 2:11 am

Hi all

I'm using the console command (or trying to) for the first time in order to replace a suppressed pipe bolt action sniper rifle I had which just randomly disappeared from my inventory, I'm low level so can't get a replacement for a while and I'm playing a stealth character so that weapon is really important to me.

Anyway, I removed the mod from a much earlier save and dropped in on the ground to get the console id which showed as " (ff0018f1) the first time I did it then " (ff0024fb) the second time (single exclamation marks and brackets were included in game).

When I do player.additem and one of these codes and an amount the console doesn't recognise them. Can anyone more experienced with console commands tell me what I am doing wrong please?

Thanks

I don't even think that's the correct item IDs. You could just add in the items needed to make one, if you already have the perk for it.

Otherwise, I can't seem to find a source for mods' item IDs.

I restarted from an earlier save. Thanks anyway.

When an id starts with ff, it's the id for a specific item. To add an item to your inventory you need the base id. You can get that easiest by using the help command. Like

help suppressor 4
That will list all items with "suppressor" in their name along with their base ids.
