Trying to get my approval rating up with Cogsworth, so I am modding my equipment. I get "Cogsworth loves that" for the first, but did another and nothing showed up. Is there a time you have to wait before getting another "approval"?

I dont know if there is a "cool down" time.. I took him as a companion to help me scrounge some stuff up which also led to him being around for other events. I didnt take long to get his "perk". Every so offten you have to talk to him and eventually get his 'story' when you get that dialogue you get perk. He like / dislikes a few actions. Just take him around the wasteland a bit and keep checking dialogue options every so often.

Same goes I guess for all the companions and I have no idea how many like points or exactly the percentage of gain (if any per action). You may want to search some other forum sites where you can beware spoilers on your own.. and get a better idea of actions so far known to be of possitive negative effect.

I think three in-game hours or simply Quicksave and reload.

How do we know when we reach max approval with Cogsworth and Cait?

Cait has "admired" me and told me her life story. I have heard there is a quest for her, but nothing has come up.

Likewise, Cogsworth has just told me about the past 200 years.

Is there more to work on? Or, are both of these glitched?
