Enjoyment level

Overall I'm liking the game, even if it's largely the same as previous versions with more extensive crafting, ala Skyrim. The one thing that does get under my skin though, is the repetitive responses from the settlers you help and Preston's congrats after clearing out the alternating raider...ghoul...raider...ghoul...etc. problems. Would it been very difficult to have maybe a rotating/random request/response dialog? The background dialog from raiders is much more enjoyable... being called an a**hole is somehow entertaining to me...please don't join in.

Exploring the open world certainly seems a whole lot better than 3 and NV. Many of the side quests are really fun. I haven't gotten that far into the main story. The legendary equipment thing doesn't exactly make sense, but they still add to the experience and it's better than just adding "uniques" that just have something like higher damage and a different name. Settlement building is fun, but I haven't found much use for it other than just building for fun. Local leader is only at rank 1 for me right now though.

I'm loving this game. But I do wish you choices had more of an impact and I regret that there is no karma rating. I do love that there is no level cap, however the story is pretty short and post game seems kind of empty. but I think they will build on it with dlc's and patches.
