Please fix it so we can remove existing "destroyed/;half destroyed" buildings in settlements. Sanctuary seems to be the only one with the ruined buildings with the "scrappable" flag. Please fix this.

I've run into ALOT of places that have that POS shack that needs to be totally removable...I want a clean slate.

The Island next to the castle, that settlement is a good start....but alot of crap that needs to go.
