I went looking for it at to lower level and i have been everywhere where it is said to spawn. so is there anyway i am able to get it without loading up an old save.

If you aren't Lvl 30 and above it doesn't spawn

I found it at level 36 next to the custom house tower. My find he found it at the same place but he is in his 20s.

Mine was the full set at rank 3. Upgraded it to 4.

Got mine from Court 35 @ level 29.

Found a full set at the south Boston military checkpoint probably around lvl 35

I got mine from the abandoned shack in The Glowing Sea at level 27. It's missing an arm, leg and helmet though.

Atom cats fellows apparently sell parts of that armour, so worst case ya can go caps hunting.

A friend of mine tried to get his from Court 35 at level 26, but it was T-60. He came back again at 27, but it was still T-60. It wasn't until he hit 28 that the armor there became X-01 armor. So that's the level for that particular set.

They do at really high levels I think. They only selling T-60 last I checked.

The odd thing is it looks like a t-60 until you get in it. It looked that way with my level 52 character.

That's a bug.

It looked like T-51 for me. Make sure to check the loot screen first before assuming it's what it looks like.
