I have made it pretty far in the game and i noticed that when i sided with the institute that i lost the ability to have paladin danse as a companion i didnt think much of it until i realized that i had equipment o npaladin danse and now it is gone. can someone help me figure out how to get the stuff back

Well I do.. but you might not like the answer.. You have two options as I see it.

One get pick pocket and sneak skills up and you know what to do from there I think..

Second faster and more final one which may infact be impossible, but might also be fun to try is see if he can die now that he is no longer a companion option...

Otherwise just forget what you put on him and hope you get better stuff later.

well i just wiped out the entire prydwen and finally found danse killed him and no stuff

Oh sorry mate.. Hey but now you know you need to watch what you hand off at least. At least next time around! Hope you didnt lose anything of serious importance and sorry that didnt work out as well as I hoped.
