When I had a PS3, we all thought they were neglectful of that platform since FO3 and FNV were so horribly unplayable on the PS3, especially after you bought the DLC and their promises they put some "patches" in (which turned out to be patches that simply allowed you to install broken DLC that made the vanilla game even more broken).
This go around they dumped on the PC players hard with key bindings that are awful for a modern game, I mean I have 10 yr old games that have better keybinding control and UI design. And I can't even think of a game I own that has hard-coded buttons! Who does that???
For a company, they just have a higher than normal tolerance for sticking it to a big section of their customer base. What many other companies would consider unethical, they are ok with. To me the ugly part is how they will say "we are working on it" but not actually do anything about it. My guess is we are stuck with these keybindings. Auto hot key is your friend, not Bethesda for this issue.
