So the area, specifically around 35 court is broken. This includes 35 court, which I can enter but cannot use the elevator to load the next area. Probably because it's broken.

I do not know why this area is broken, it was broken on my first visit so I am assuming it has something to do with my save file.

I assumed that exiting good neighbor via jetpacking over the wall was the cause of this bug, but earlier saves also have the area broken.

I am going to attempt a new character and just walk there and see if the area is still broken, possibly tomorrow.
