When I encountered the Level 4 vendor 'The Scribe" on Xbox One earlier today, I asked him to come work for me at Sanctuary. He agreed and started heading to my settlement and I decided to follow him to make sure he doesn't get killed. When we were halfway to Sanctuary he just vanished in to thin air. I tried to look for him at Sanctuary but there was no sign of him, which was weird because the population counter in my settlement was showing that a new person was in the settlement but no one new was there. I tried to look for a fix online but all I could find was forums by people who were having the issue on PC, and were using console commands to fix it.
