Who else wants to see Salem in Fallout 4?

Wouldn't be cool to explore the creepy town of Salem, and maybe get some quests from superstitious folk?

Might be wrong as I'm not an American, but salem isn't actually in Boston is it? Did you mean like DLC or something?

It's close to Boston because they're in the same state

Concord is ingame... If Concord and Boston are ingame... Salem should be on the game map too. Or the game map would be directly cut at the border to Salem...

It's about 15 miles (24km) north-northeast of Boston.

Should probably be in the map area, it will just be a matter of if they include it or not.

Correct! :D Salem is its own little town a a few miles from Boston. If I were Bethesda, I'd make it a DLC for Halloween release and exploit the crap out of its spookiness/witchcraft theme.

I can see Salem as being DLC content.

The apocalypse was just a few days before Halloween, after all!

Imagine a town full of post apocalyse witches, possibly menaced by witch hunters.

Well, there are at least three people in this thread that have at the very least read the Cliff Notes. :D

Even with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO GO ON, I'm hedging my bet that a Salem DLC would have the same creepy feel as Point Lookout. This is a good thing.

Don't worry, it's too cliché for Bethesda to pass up on!

It'll be included for sure.

Ok, I think I can see a Salem plot hook. Someone with an interest in the occult managed to track down the last known whereabouts of the 'evil' book from the Point Lookout DLC, which would be the Dunwich building in the Capital Wasteland. Said individual is 'inspired' to make the long journey to Salem and as time goes by on this journey, the book continues to work its will on the possixr and eventually arrives in Salem as the Necromancer. Or something along those lines.
