Not for me! I haven't been this impressed with a Bethesda game since Morrowind. Fallout 4 is full of features I can't wait to try out. Don't get me wrong, skyrim was fun but it was not exactly impressive. I've gotten to the point where watching the Fallout 4 E3 Pres gets me to sleep at night...
I'm already playing it...

Although the lack of naked people in the actual game is going to be a bit disappointing.
You can entertain yourself with a game that it's just like FO4, but with multiplayer and more futuristic setting! It's called Destiny, check it out, if the "game" for you!
Have you tried seeing a scientist who is studying the quantum mechanics of the flow of time and space to see if he has developed a way to make time flow faster?
I think as long as you don't release any spoilers you'll be ok.
