In Bobbi's house in Goodneighbor upstairs there is a safe and a terminal.

The safe can only be opened by the terminal.

But it's impossible to access the terminal because there is a chair and a toilet in the way.

When you try to activate the terminal you get a pause for about 3 seconds then nothing happens. Also it's impossible to sit on the chair because highlighting the chair shows up as bobbi's terminal.

So it appears the contents of this safe are impossible to access because of this bug
