Is there any console command to spawn settlement objects?

As in the topic, I was wondering if there is any console command that would let me spawn a settlement object.

Yes I know I could give myself resources to make things but I'm talking about special, one-off objects that are

no longer in my build menu.

Here's a link to the http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_4_console_commands, which has a list of FO 4 console commands. Now, you would have to know the object ID of the item that you want to spawn though.

AH I see where I went wrong. When I frist tried this I used the ID from just going into the console and clicking on the object I had already placed.

I used help "objectname " 0 to get the right ID and it worked.
