So I've gotten to the part of the story where i need to build a teleporter for a "certain purpose" and i can't seem to get the teleporter working. I've decided to build it at the brotherhood of steel and for the past day or so i haven't been able to make any progress. I'm not sure if this is an in game bug or if i'm doing something wrong but i haven't been able to progress and it's frustrating.

Setup information:

• Rugs have been properly removed

• Platform is snapped into place under emitter

• Powered by 6 medium generators and 1 small (33 power)

• All three components have been placed in a daisy chain setup (other setups have been tried)

• Quest log is at the stage "Power up Signal interceptor"

• There is an icon above the reflector and nothing else

Any help would be great

This may be a stupid question, but are the generators connected to the teleorter via a wire?
