How do weapons and armor keep ending up missing from my inventory? They disappear, there is no other way to put it. I've had at least 4-6 weapons/armor pieces completely vanish from my inventory so far. I'm not scrapping, or selling, or dropping, or misplacing any of these pieces of equipment by accident. I just know I'm not because I'm aware now that this is a problem and i'm checking often, yet the problem still persists.

I've read posts all over about this issue, and nobody knows how this happens and how to fix it. This does happen to a lot of people and its something that has to be fixed ASAP. So i'm not asking for mass comments, or arguments about never seeing this before. I just want whoever made the game to see this, read this, and fix it.
