An Intelligence of Four will give you access to the Hacking Perk plus Medic, Gun Nut, and the Intelligence 1 perks.

That will be good enough for me.

But I think my second play through will be the female protagonist and she is going to be a low strength and charisma brain.

Looking forward to seeing how much differences there are between the male and female protagonists.

No I ain't gonna try to hook up with a little person, I am gonna use a high charisma/intellect build and try to talk my way out of most bad situations.

I liked the idea of local leader, but I know with this build I won't be doing too much with Charisma early on.

I'd rather not invest highly in both Charisma and Intelligence in the same playthrough.

I'm taking I10 early or not at all.
