Fallout 4 system requirements?

The 980m will "Max" FO4, the only question is "At what resolution?"

I have the MSI GT72 with a 980m 8GB. I "max" most games at 1440p. [...through DSR] The 4GB version in the Asus should still be enough for greater than 1080p play.

This "check my awesome system" thread needs some audio specs.

I'm genuinely curious. Do people even still bother with sound cards when making a "gaming rig"? What speakers/headphones is everyone rocking?

I got a cheap sound card a year or two ago when I wanted to try out this "fake surround" thing and splurged on a pair of $50 Audio-Technica headphones. (big spender!)

This was replacing my previous high-end audio system of "$10 Radio-shack headphones" and "$20 Logitech 2.0 speaker set". :D

...can you tell I'm not an audiophile?

Well I have the amazing power of ON BOARD AUDIO and Logitech G430 7.1 headphones and... these http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v119/chevelle_7172/Pioneer/100_0262.jpg that I found in a basemant once with http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTIwMFgxNjAw/z/L9oAAOSwT6pVvl6r/$_57.JPG (minus the colors), which I also found in a basemant. I use those as my computer speakers.

Well I consider myself a (really not very talented) audio guy, but being deaf on one side means even stereo is wasted on me.

Probably should have only bought one monitor really (that's what we call our speakers to make them seem a bit special).

My headphones are a pair of Shure 440s and when I run my laptop console style in the living room, sound is handled by a old Denon AVR 1707 receiver and a pair of Polk R150 bookshelf speakers because I don't have room to set up my 5.1 properly. Even though it isn't as big and loud as it could be, I don't need it very loud and the sound quality is decent overall.
