Who else wants to know more on how 'Power Armor' is gonna work?
Can we wear it indefinitely?
Can 'cores' be recharged?
Please Bethesda.... please answer some of our dying questions.

no
I wanna find out for myself while playing the game.
Honestly, I couldn't care less about power armor news.
I never use it
Can I never wear it like in previous games?
Jokes aside, I hope the changes they make prompt me to actually put a set on and see a use for it. I know those that want to clomp around in PA 24/7 will likely hate the (speculated) changes, but as long as it's not a FORCED option to complete portions of the game, I'm all for mixing it up.
BTW, posting here for information sooner than planned is just delusional.
Mehh the lack of news is a little weird. They knocked the ball out of the park at E3 and then have followed it up with nothing. Which is weird cause now the general hype across all forms of social media is on a downward trend since quakecon which is even more weird as to why they put out so much info right off the top. It's both good ideas and bad ideas all at the same time.
But at the same time you would think things like power armor especially could have a video produced about it right now without spoiling anything.... It's so confusing! O.o
But lets use some basic logic for a moment.
Power armor. It's not a thing you "Leave" Lying around.... It is a thing that requires constant maintenance... It is ALSO a thing that requires fuel. Now if it is a model past the T-51b that means it comes with it's own power source. The fact that we saw a core being put into it to get it to run might mean this is a pre T-51 model It will burn threw cores fairly fast. This would make sense from a gameplay perspective. As the buff to "true" power armor is extreme. Sadly due tot he lack of info we are gonna need to speculate on this. There is "patchwork power armor" in the game as seen by some of the raiders and other enemies.
So logic says if the npc run around with them all the time we will be able to as well. and if we can't..... Don't worry mods will fix it
For the time being we can say for sure that the reason for the new change is good, better balance and bringing the core idea of power armor to a new better level. I for one love this change as it was meant to be like this since fallout 1. But the need to force the player out of the armor is a good idea and leads to better story and more balanced gameplay. Kind of like Iron man 2-3 They moved the story along really well because he was brought out of the suit more.
Good Question OP. As for the lore it would be so awesome if we could get a more in depth video on it. but it is like 2 months away... Hurray!
The world will cry out "Please Bethesda...please answer some of our dying questions" and Bethesda will whisper "No." (cue Smashing Pumpkins music)
