Fallout 4 Stealth game play

Post » Wed Dec 02, 2015 12:25 am

Thank you Khajit and box for comment! So if we cant hear from the dev then how do we find out what will be in the game? Only when its release?

You can go into stealth mode I have seen it in the test videos.

If you go on youtube and search this: Fallout 4 News: Stealth Gameplay Is Viable

It has info a little on it as you can finish the game in a non violent way! :icecream:But you would still be required to fight!

The video explains it all but not everything like what types of weapons will they be. But thanks!

Hello and welcome to the forums. You know, we have heard pretty much nothing about stealth from the devs but if it's like their other games you will be able to sneak around as much as you want.

Devs rarely post on the forums, and when they do it's never to talk about what's in the game (presumably because they're straight up not allowed to).

But it was possibly to play a stealthy character in the last two games, and we already know it's in this game (and hopefully improved in a number of ways). We don't know if there are things like explosive ammo or poisons, but in prior games you could do things like set mines, plant explosives in people's pockets, or use Stealth Boys to create a temporary stealth field. There are plenty of perks (and an attribute, Agility) dedicated to stealth gameplay, and the games definitely make it possible.

It won't be on the same level as something like Metal Gear Solid or Dishonored, but Bethesda's been getting really good at incorporating stealth gameplay into their games.

Yeah as Boxy stated I wouldn't expect for you to be able to go through the whole game without killing anyone. I believe The Todd said in an interview that you will be able to avoid some combat if you wanted but to go through the whole game nonviolently is, for better or worse, not really Bethesda Game Studios' style.

Yes there will be some violence but those who do not want the full FPS style of play will be able to play it that way. It would take longer to take down a large powerful boss but you still have the option to do so.

It explains it in the video and the company have confirm you can play it non violently if you want i read some where.

But just was posting before to see if the dev will reply but they dont so thanks for answering anyway.
