You're probably going to have to explain what "fan kit" is. Google is just giving me pictures of air conditioning parts.

I think he is refering to how devs, like a decade ago, used to make packs of webstie mateirals like banners and buttons for thier games, so fans could make fan-sites about said game.

But I haven't seen a game do that for, again, like a decade.

I think it's what some call a "media kit", which can also mean a traditional "press kit" but that's not what I mean.

i have never known Bethesda to do this.
