Is the 1 intelligence dialogue in fallout 4 ?

I know there's another thread about it but it's not an answered question, more like a long discussion. Can anyone answer the question clearly? Does fallout 4 have different dialogue for characters with 1 or 2 intelligence?

We likely will not know until November 10/2015 if that is the case. I highly doubt it though as Fallout 3 did not have it and New Vegas only had it with certain NPCs.

The general consensus on all of the threads asking is "We don't know but probably not."
