Fallout 4 Mods - Requests, Ideas, Projects, and Suggestions

Object paints in (settlement build mode) - eg. color this wall yellow

movable settlement workstation -

Spoiler
I was disappointed that I kinda had to set up shop in the neighbors house.

Slings / Holsters - Eg a side holter, a shoulder holster. A one-point, two-point and three-point sling. (this is a big one for me)

Dynamic Cloaks-

Drug effects - Visible and auditory hallucinations. (FWE did a good job, but lacked auditory hallucinations) side note, just add an echo effect on Pink Floyd sound effects.

Leaning- so I can stay under cover better.

Prone position - with crawl ability

Better running animation -

Higher Global Damage -

A hand held light source- (I never really liked the pipboy light)

A return of EVE - (I love this mod)

Melee kill move animations- to include stealth kills

The whole prewar mod I was talking about-

Yeah, I'm going to add this today:

Leaning - Necessary part of cover systems and stealth.

Better Power Armor - Even if it's canon, it really svcks how Power Armor is reserved for huge and heavy fighters.

Spoiler
Stealth Power Armor: Spend fusion core energy to maintain quiet and precise movement. A stealth field makes you difficult to detect.

The stealth power armor is able to be almost instantly entered and exited with no sound.
It's the lightest power armor, so it possesses the least DR and ER, while also having low durability.

Light Power Armor: Spend fusion core energy to enhance your mobility. Lack of weight makes your empowered movements more efficient.
The light power armor is able to be almost instantly entered and exited, even when in motion.
As it's light, there is much less DR and ER provided, while also having low durability.

Medium Power Armor: Spend fusion core energy to maintain mobility. Preserves most of the strength of heavier pieces.
The medium power armor takes somewhat less time to enter and exit than heavier models.
Due to the sacrifice of protection for mobility, there is a decrease in the DR and ER provided.

Heavy Power Armor: Spend fusion core energy to move your massive bulk. Extremely sturdy, as intended.
The heavy power armor takes a lengthy and loud animation to enter and exit.
The incredible strength of the armor gives it the highest rating in DR and ER.

You should make a update for the companions and settlements that allows then to wage war, like have raider settlements that will be built near owned settlements and you fight all those creatures of the wasteland that want to kill and destroy the settlements.

This game badly needs a Frostfall type mod: backpacks, camping gear - on players, companions and npc's.

Also immersion mods are needed. But I'm sure both will come.

Plus I'd love to see a few of the NV mods rolled over: like the Somegusy series: Bounties. Maybe bumping into Russel on the road.

My plans are in the advlt area. Which will be discussed on the Nexus in the coming months.

Oh and animations mods. Can't wait to get the kit and see what improvements have been made in that area or are we gonna need something like FINS again.

Fix the pip-boy so that it fills the screen like it does normally but in regard to different FOVs.

Urgently Needed Mod Req:

  • Unarmed Weapons made usable while in PA.
  • Fix Power Armor 3rd person animations, which makes 2H weapons become 1H and makes them swing much faster. (Should probably be a bug fix by Bethesda).

QOL Mods Req:

  • Player Character melee attack speeds sped up by 20-25% across the board.
  • Vats uses 30% less Fusion Core power in PA.
  • Fusion Core crafting, put it in rank 3 of Nuclear Physicist and needs many high end materials.
  • Ammo Crafting added with rank 3 of Science! and/or Gun Nut depending on the ammunition.
  • Double tap direction key for quick dodge in that direction, uses AP as well as Fusion Core if in PA.
  • Block made like in Skyrim, drains AP/FC once hit but can be held up always.

What I'd like to see anyways:

Full face combat helmets.

More paint options for power armour and combat armour.

First person visor overlay.

Gloves for everything that doesn't have them.
