Nothing new...tho he does confirm that PA is not something you can carry in your inventory (but I think we all knew that already).

Ouch I only suspected that about pa. But, I suppose thats a good thing. I loved certain types of armors in fallout.. but once I got power armor the point of the other armors.. became pointless. Now I can use one set of armor for exploring, and PA for clearing out npc hardpoints.

i know some ppl hate the new PA, but i really love the change, like Mavkiel point out, there are so many armors on Fallout but after u get the PA u never replace it, so im glad that the new PA system make it more like a tank.
