I don't drink and play often, lest I find myself wandering the wasteland, looking for a cigarette.

However any time a wasteland NPC (non factional) attempts to rob you, drink a double shot of chilled vodka.

Anytime you open a container that clearly says it's empty (without the intent of putting something in), take a drink.

Anytime you initially meet a follower and don't meet the requirements to have them follow you, have a shot of whisky.

Anytime you max out a SPECIAL attribute, have yourself a scotch and soda on the rocks, you've earned it.

Every time you find less than five caps in a locked container, take a drink.

Every time you see a Nuka Cola logo, take a drink.

Mysterious Stranger appears - finish drink

Find a NPC in a strange location oblivious to their actual location and behaving normally - drink

Find a NPC that has inexplicably won a battle they should not have - finish drink

A thrown grenade (in VATS) bounces off scenery and returns like a boomerang of death to explode at your feet - drink

Get called 'smoothskin' by a Ghoul - finish drink

Accidentally forget to put clothes on and have a NPC comment that "you're naked you know" - finish drink

Become over encumbered - drink

I could go all day on this

God, I could so get drunk to this. On my own.

Then why do I, the only brown eyed sibling, have the highest tolerance?

My personal checklist would be . . .

Finish a quest - Finish Drink

Become Over-encumbered - Drink once for every 5 minutes it takes to get back home

Use an explosive inside - Finish Drink and Finish another (very rare)

Start a quest - Take a Drink

Find a unique item - take a drink

Kill a target in sneak mode - take a drink (This one is the most likely to get me drunk, as I am almost always in sneak mode)

By drink, we're referring to Nuka Cola, right? Right?

Well here's a good fan project: make a cola drink using SodaStream, post the recipe (ie. 8 parts water, 1 part uranium, etc.); *boom*, our own Nuka Cola.
