In the latest Fallout games we have been able to upload our own soundfiles. Thats great and I intend to make a localized version for my own amusemant for Fallout 4, complete with radio and television soundbites mixed in with danish music from the 40'ies and 50ies.

Is it possible, or concieveable that we would one day be able to do that with television bits?

(Im not talking uploading a 4 hour ratpack special that violates every single EULA and copyright. 2 minute bits here and there would be ample).
